The first job of the consultation is helping you articulate the problem: we ask about your day, then point at the bottleneck. Even if you decide to do nothing, you'll understand your own process better.

No documents needed, but thinking about three questions beforehand makes it much faster: what repetitive task took the most of your time last week; what are the three questions customers ask most; and if you could stop doing one thing personally, which would it be. With those three answered, thirty minutes is plenty to reach something useful.

Yes, but we'll assess feasibility before taking a deposit. An AI agent can go live inside a week if the knowledge base is ready. Websites and custom systems genuinely need time, and rushing them has a quality cost — we'd rather say a date isn't achievable, or propose a simplified version now and refinement later. If priority scheduling is needed there's a rush fee, stated in the quote.
